To ensure a safe and long-lasting install without interfering with the door’s movement, we used a heavy-duty support bracket anchored behind the sheetrock for reinforced strength. Because the pocket door sits directly behind that wall, we carefully customized the installation by grinding down the securing screws—making sure all four screws fully engaged with the bracket threads, while remaining short enough to allow the pocket door to open and close smoothly with no obstruction. The result? A clean, secure, and perfectly functional TV mount that preserves the full operation of the pocket door.
